Drive carefully
Yesterday and today, I witnessed two minor accidents while on my way to the office. In both the cases, the men were @ 50 years or so. I guess who / what the reason could be.Because in both cases, no other vehicle collided with theirs. Tension to reach office on time, or carrying the problems of work and office in their minds. whatever the reason, I hope their families understand what their men are facing and take more care.
Expression with colors
One need not be an artist to create strokes and curves and fill in the colors of your choice. When words fall short , it is these colors that come to my rescue to express the feelings dancing in my mind. Since my childhood I had great love for art and the myraid ways in which artists create unique designs, merely through imagination. Imagination in which one need not travel to far away islands or to a country side, or a sea shore. But rely on an imagination that would take one into a world of joy unlimited as he/she lays down the brush to paint.
Often I find lost and ask myself what shall I paint? Abstracts are the ones that attract me the most. I like to bring life into the objects on display talking to me about its journey.Every tree, every bird, every insect or a tiny flower can be the subject of focus. How I present the subject entirely depends on my mood . The same subject, for example take a bird, can be made to appear at peace by choosing appropriate colors. With red and yellow background , the scene would entirely change, reflecting war like or fierce background. With the same subject , I can make the bird look cheerful in tender sunlight rays at the break of dawn, by choosing light colors. With darker background I can make the bird go to sleep.
You can create magic by selecting colors and present a beautiful imagination. Focus on what you want to present. Sometime a little drop of red in a painting of grey would hold the viewers eye. If that is what you want the viewers to focus, than it is fine. Or else, you can alter by using a light shade, similiar to the grey background.
Its not merely the imagination, quality of brushes and the medium used is the next thing to create a beautiful picture. Cheap brushes tend to shed hair and lose their shape quicker than quality brushes. Squirrels fur used in making fine brushes adds a touch of elegance to your painting, though costlier. Other things that you might need are pallete, easel, oil painting medium and of course canvas. To start with water colors are easier and you can create anything with little effort. But once the color is onto the paper, then sorry, you can redo it. Once done is done. But in case of oil, you can redo the errors to get the desired effect. Traditional Vs E- learning
Isn't it amazing to teach someone located a thousand miles away? Well, this is the greatest boon that technology has provided to mankind. What has replaced the traditional method of teaching? Why is e-learning opted over classroom teaching? How can a student learn without the aid of a teacher? How can doubts be clarified? All these questions no doubt are raised when comparing the two ways of learning.
Corporate training is the demand of the present market. Updating the staff and employees with the rapid changes within the organinsation has become essential to sustain and achieve success.... one step ahead of the others. This competitive edge has led to replacing the traditional talk and chalk method of teaching to e-learning.
World wide web has spun its threads of knowledge reaching people poles apart. But how well is one versed with technology and tech savvy? As such, e-learning content comes to the rescue of such learners who are assisted with/without instructors to train them with the necessary skills to be successful.
But how are instructors able to hold the attention of adult learners? Taken a survey on this shows that adults show reluctance in learning and feel they have crossed those days of a learner. More than 50 - 60 % of adults do not know the operational process of computers. Navigating through the e-learning content is another constraint in the learning process. It is to the rescue of such learner that ADDIE model has become popular in e-learning world. The model is designed to understand the needs and guide the learners reaching their goals and delivering the required skills and perform better.
The content developed is SCORM approved ; a standard followed by most countries who opt for e-learning mode of training people. Not only can the learner take sessions just by logging in, but he is also tested on his performance through interactive quizzes and games. Independent learning not only reduce costs and time in traveling miles across, it can be accessed end number of times by end number of users. Open chat forums help in clarifying doubts which shared and exchanged. Traditional learning makes the learner surpressed, shys away in clarifying doubts because the fear of being laughed, a primary instinct takes the front seat, leaving the learner half fed.
Creativity and simplicity are the two ways of making e-learning... smart learning. So what are you waiting for? Gear up your creative ideas and share your knowledge across the web.

Defect in modern education
What is knowledge ? Is it a philosophy of existence or a source of becoming wise? Or spiritual ?
There are various branches for one to gain knowledge - medical study of body, study of the mind, and the spiritual knowledge. We do not say mechanics or electronics are not the branches or departments of knowledge. But out of all the departments of knowledge, which department encourages you to gain self- knowledge? It is only the scientific knowledge about the soul. And the present education system fails miserably to provide this knowledge leaving the souls baffled and mystified.
What then is this science of self? when we look at ourselves, we know that once upon a time, we were a child. Through changes, we have grown to become adults. Our bodies have changed, but the soul is unchanged. We will be identified as the same person now as when we were a child. No body can deny that we are some different person after we have grown up. We may not talk foolishly as grown ups, unlike we did when we were small. Do we ? What then has brought about these changes in us, that though we are the same person, yet different after we have grown. It is the development of consciousness along with the changes in the body that makes us a different person. We have changed because of the circumstances. We were not doctors, teachers or scientists when we were a child. But we are trained in the respective fields to become one. And we are changed.
When we die, our body releases the soul to accept another form or body. And after the growth of seven months inside the womb, the body of the child asks the lord to release him from the bondage of his mother to grow independently to become His devotee. Consciousness of the Lord is there with birth. This consciousness of God is the real scientific knowledge. Human soul has evolved from all the other forms of life - plant, fish, insect , bird.. and finally the human form is evolved. Can we evolve further? why and why not ?

Splashes
I would just introduce by saying that this blog is to share about my experiences with imagination and power to study minds in varying degrees of life colors in all the stages of man that bring out the deepest expression of emotions that he enjoys or suffers as he passes through each phase of life.
